I'm a C section mom too and yes, it's possible po na bumuka pa rin ang tahi sa loob dahil mas matagal sya magheal compared sa labas as per my OB.

Yes. Kaya hindi po advisable na gumawa ng mabibigat nagawain

Pero ok lang magbend? Kasi kapag diaper changing ako lang gumagawa po.
