Ingredients:
1️⃣ Chinese Yam(shan yao)
2️⃣ Broccoli
3️⃣ Dried scallop
4️⃣ Anchovies
.
Steps:
1. Boil the rice in water.
2. Once boil add in chopped dried scallop, anchovies and Chinese yam. Use the small fire let it slowly brew.
3. When half cooked, add in chopped broccoli. Slowly let it cook until its ready!
