Working and breastfeeding mom

Uy mama, I feel you, napakahirap talaga ng setup na yan! A few of us tried different things: one mom friend namin pumped every 2-3 hours pa lang and stored sa insulated lunch bag with ice packs (kahit walang office ref, the cooler bag works for up to 8 hours), while another eventually switched to combo feeding once she went back to work kasi ang stress talaga. Honestly, if 10 hours is your reality, mas practical siguro mag-pump what you can during breaks, then top-up with formula para baby, kaya mo yan without burning out completely, breastfeeding doesn't have to be all or nothing!
