Nipple Dirt

Hey mama, congrats sa almost 7 months na! Don't worry, yan ay normal lang na may buildup around the nipple area, marami sa amin ang nag-experience nito during pregnancy. I'd suggest gently cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth during your daily bath, pero if there's pain or you're really concerned about the blockage, it's best to ask your OB about it sa next checkup kasi they can check kung okay lang or if kailangan ng gentle help. Once baby arrives, the suckling itself usually helps clear things out naturally, kaya huwag mag-alala too much, mama!
