Wala kami special meals for my 1year old daughter. Kung ano ulam namin, yun din food nya - tinola, sinigang, nilaga, adobo, afritada etc. Pinapakain ko sya nung sabaw/sauce plus yung veggies at meat.

Ano po ang objective mommy? Kung weight gain po I suggest damihan mo ng protein. Damihan mo yung chicken and beef.
