nag diet dn ako mommy, once a wk lang ako rice. morning pancake or waffle lang ako pero ang flour whole wheat gamit ko haluan ko flaxseeds and wheat germ tas pag tanghali chicken or fish tas veggie, pag gabi wheat bread namn. snacks pipino or singkamas or fruit smoothie or anything na mostly water. in moderation lang din ang mango kasi matamis din yun e. tas inom lagi ng tubig. pde ka din rolled oats or instant oats sa umaga with chia seeds mostly protein kasi sila giving u feeling of fulness matagal gutumin.
tingin ko sis more veggies and fruits ka lang. actually as early as now di na rin ako pinagrrice ng ob ko. 13 weeks na kong preggy by the way. :)
bawasan po ang kanin at salty foods. wag din po kumain ng matatabang pagkain at matatamis lalo na mga kendi at chocolate
