Hello po sino po dito yung pure breastfeeding ang method po as a contraceptive. San po pinuputok ni hubby sa loob po ba o sa labas?
Before giving birth, plan ko talaga na ebf sana kaso waley mixed fed kami ni lo. Tho I discussed it with my OB during my check up a week after ko manganak. Sabi nya, hindi rin dapat 100% katiwala na di mabubuntis kahit ebf tayo mommy, may mga cases pa din na nabubuntis kahit ebf. I asked for her recommendations kung ano best option namin for contraceptive, I asked if pede nako ligate kaso sabi nya I am only 33 balikan ko daw sya pag 35 nako hehe. I was also considering implant (implanon), ayoko naman ng pills. Ayun, sabi nya the safest na walang side effect eh condom (just make sure na walang butas haha). Anyways, mag 2 months na si baby and wala pa kami contact ni hubby, well actually since malaman namin ni hubby na preggy ako last Feb, never na kami nagcontact, masaya pa din naman kami hehe. Pero if ever man, sundin namin advice ni doc.
