hair fall

Hello po. Salamat sa makakasagot 2 years post partum. Experiencing severe hairfall. Ano po kaya ito and ano effective remedies and treatments ? Pls help po baka mauubos buhok ko. ? FYI not stress, i dont smoke or drink. I dont take any medications or birth control. I only take vitamins and i drink plenty of water. And so far healthy naman food ko.

Apart from that, do you get plenty of sleep? Kasi siyempre for us mumsh sobrang kulang sa tulog at nakakaaffect din kasi yung sobranh stress sa extreme hairfall.
