Falling Hair

Momshieees need help here! I think I have a hair fall and I dont know what to do. Everytime I took a bath so much hair are falling. That's why I only wash my hair every two days coz im afraid that my hair will be gone. Im really sure that it's not an ordinary hair fall. What will I do? Any remedy or something??

Eat a balanced diet po kasi what you eat is a big factor in hair loss din huhu. Don't comb or brush your hair after you take a bath. Don't use hair iron din or any heat like blower. Try using Mane n Tail bought in supermarkets, effective siya sakin noon.
