Hello po, is it safe to take Folic Acid, Micron-c and Oteofos Calcium together everyday? Kasi ganun po ginawa ko, pinagsabay ko po sila. Safe po ba ito sa Fetus? Share niyo naman po experience niyo momies. ???

Any meds we take during pregnancy should be prescribed by an OB or a midwife. Though folic acid is very essential for a baby's development again it should be prescribed by your OB. My OB prescribed me folic acid & vitamins for me. Then sa health center they gave me ferrous nmn. I take those medicines everyday & yeah pinagsasabay ko, wala nmn exact time when ko sya dapat inumin basta once a day. But for ferrous, it's only before I sleep as per midwife.
