Menstruation after Pregnancy

Ay oo, normal yan especially after CS! A few of us moms noticed na ang first period after delivery ay talagang heavy talaga, parang flooding sometimes, kaya dala ko lang palaging extra pads haha. The uterus is still settling back to normal, lalo na after surgery, so ang bleeding can be really intense for that first cycle or two, pero if it's soaking through more than one pad every hour or you're feeling dizzy, mas safe na iconsult mo na ang OB mo para sigurado.
