Acne prone skin while pregnant
Hello po normal lang po ba dumami pimples while pregnant? I am acne prone na po before pero iba po yung dami nya now na nagbuntis po ako. Ano po pwede maganda i apply for the face na di makaka affect sa pregnant po? Thank you po
Oo normal talaga yan, mama! Ang hormones during pregnancy ay talagang nagpapagana ng sebum production kaya mas nagsasara ang pores, lalo na kung acne-prone ka na from the start, a few of us mums went through the same thing at sobrang frustrating talaga. Para sa products, I've been using Mama's Choice Face Wash, Face Moisturiser & Face Serum which are pregnancy-safe and breastfeeding-safe, at honestly sobrang effective nila and hindi aggressive kaya hindi nag-irritate ng sensitive skin ko during pregnancy. If it gets really out of hand though, best to check with your OB para sa other options na safe talaga para sa baby.
