Yogurt is healthy for pregnancy but go for the plain yougurt. Yung fruit flavored kasi is high in sugar content. You can have fruits separately in right portions daily kasi mas ok yung naturally occurring sugar in fruits.

Plain yogurt po sakin nung preggy pa ako. Tapos nilalagyan ko fresh fruits. Mataas po kasi sugar ng mga flavored yogurt, though pwede naman po yan basta in moderation lang po.

Yung suggestion sakin ni ob greek yogurt, kasi mataas daw ang sugar ng flavored yogurt.
