Not true po momshie. Anmum pa nga po nirecommend sakin ng OB ko na inumin po. Ung weight naman ng both kids ko is normal. Parehas akong uminom ng Anmum nung buntis ako sa 2 kong kids, sa eldest Vanilla and sa youngest Chocolate. And nainom pa po ako nun ng vitamins everyday. Caltrate Plus and Hemarate FA but the weight of my kids are both normal naman po. I hope it helps! ♥
