Sa 7 months, ang belly button area talaga ay mas soft kasi ang skin doon ay stretched na, at lalo pang lumalaki ang baby so the ligaments and muscles there are really stretched out, kaya parang flat or soft feeling siya depending on your position. A few of us mommies experienced the same thing, and it's just how our bodies accommodate the growing baby. Pero since it's your first time and you want peace of mind, mas okay magpa-check sa OB mo na lang para sure na lahat ay normal, lalo na kung may other concerns ka, para matulog ka ng mahimbing!
