12 weeks still vomiting/heart burn

Hi po mga mommies ask lng po I'm currently in 12 weeks, is it still normal ang pagsusuka po? it's been a month nako nagsusuka until now hirap na hirap ako kada nagsusuka hinang hina everyday struggle ko ito and habang nagsusuka sumasabay Ang acid reflux/heartburn .. hanggang kailan kaya ako ganito .. #pleasehelp #advicepls

Mama, totally get how exhausting yan, a month of non-stop vomiting is really tough, and pairing it with heartburn makes it worst pa, kaya definitely better to mention this to your OB as soon as you can kasi some moms need extra help beyond the typical morning sickness. A few of us had severe symptoms at this stage and our doctors gave us safe anti-nausea or reflux meds na tumaas talaga ang quality of life namin, so don't just push through, you deserve to feel better din. Breathe ka na lang, mama, hindi ka lang, maraming tao nakakaranas nito pero there are options your doctor can offer, kaya make that appointment agad ha?
