Nakapag-apply ako last July 10 ng CLAP thru online. Wala namang hiningi na file from employer, nag-fill up lang sa electronic form, choose your disbursement bank then submit. By the way, I'm already separated from my employer but my stat in SSS is still employed. Hope it helps. 😊
