The most reliable way talaga is through ultrasound, usually around 18-20 weeks, makikita na ng doctor kung girl or boy, pero depende din sa position ng baby at clarity ng scan kaya sometimes kailangan ng follow-up ultrasound to confirm. A few of us moms nag-share na there are old wives' tales like shape ng belly, cravings, etc., pero honestly those are just fun guesses lang, the ultrasound is really the way to go, so best na i-ask mo na agad sa OB mo next checkup para sure na!
