wag po muna magmilk, eat more fiber like green leafy veggies especially kangkong and okra. if you can switch po sa brown rice and wheat bread. If not limit to 1/2 rice per meal po. yan ang advise sakin ni OB pero im not classified with gsm, normal po ang sugar ko. but still ginagawa ko yan for prevention. prone kasi tayong preggy sa gdm.
