and inom ka probiotics (yakult pero mas recommended ko plain yogurt para less sugar din). hanggat di ka pa nakakapoop ng maayos, iwas ka rin muna ng sobrang protein (like, red meat protein). more fiber, fruits and veggies ka muna. alam ko yung struggle na yan momsh, super hirap. kala ko joke lang maconstipate habang buntis 😭kaya super hanap ako ng mga remedies nung madalas ako maconstipate. glad to share what i know pa and sana makatulong.
