Alam ko yan, sobrang boring talaga ng bed rest lalo na pag first time mom ka pa lang! A few of us did audiobooks and podcasts, super helpful para matuto about parenting while resting, plus napapalis boredom. Some of my friends also did light crafts sa bed, like organizing baby clothes, writing pregnancy journal, or even mag-online shopping for baby stuff hehe. Mga friends ko rin nagsu-subscribe sa parenting apps and courses, kaya productive pa rin parang nag-aaral ka pero relax lang. The key talaga is finding activities na hindi physically demanding pero mentally engaging so you won't go crazy staying home, lola mo or partner mo din pwedeng mag-suggest ng ideas!
