Irregular Menstruation

Oo, normal yan lalo na kapag may mixed feeding kasi ang breastfeeding talaga ay nakakaaffect ng hormones, so yung cycle mo ay magiging unpredictable for a while! A few of us sa mommy group namin ay dumaan din dito, and one friend said hers was all over the place for like 6 months after she started mixed feeding. But if you're concerned na sobrang irregular na or may ibang symptoms, it's best to check with your OB lang para sure, kasi they can rule out anything else at bibigyan ka rin ng peace of mind! In the meantime, just keep track ng dates mo para makita mo ang pattern, okay?
