I think ang pagka black ng poop is because of the ferrous sulfate (if you're taking it). Naranasan ko yung constipation during my first trimester. Sobrang hirap at masakit. Yung tipong ayaw mo nang ulitin na ma constipate ulit. Then napanood ko sa isang vlog ng doctor na pinafollow ko sa fb, dapat daw atleast 3.2L for men and 3.7L for women ang water intake to avoid constipation and other things na rin. I just followed it. Everyday, minomonitor ko ang water intake ko. May water bottle talaga ako na alam ko kung ilan ang laman. Then I make sure na nkaka more than 3L of water ako a day. So far, it works for me. Hindi na ko nahihirapan mag poops. I also drink yakult, but not everyday.
