But I get it, scary talaga ang first pregnancy! A few of us mums went through this din, at ang doctor lang talaga ang makakapagsabi ng safe na options para sa iyo. Drinking lots of water and staying hydrated is important while you wait for your appointment, pero huwag mag-self-medicate na lang, trust your OB, okay? They know what's safe for pregnant mums.
