Dapat momsh every 4 hrs nag pupump ka. Then sa morning power pump para mas lumakas. 20 mins pump,10 mins rest,10 mins pump, 10 mins rest,10 mins pump total 1 hr.
Khit hanggang matapos n momsh. Pero kung marami na pupump pwede mo n salin. Gnyan ginagawa ko every morning. Tyagaan lng lalakas din. Kailangan lng masanay ng dede n need mya mag load ng gatas.. hehe
