Hi po ano po magandang gamitin na lotion while preggy sa may psoriasis ? may same case po ba dito sakin paano ginagawa mong treatment para di magkaflare up habang buntis ?
Ay ang psoriasis during pregnancy talaga mahirap kasi ang hormones can trigger flare-ups, at limited lang ang safe options na pwede gamitin, definitely check with your OB and dermatologist together kasi they need to coordinate what's safe for baby, hindi lang any lotion. From what I've read, moisturizers lang talaga ang safest bet (walang harsh actives), and some moms swear by fragrance-free, hypoallergenic brands para hindi ma-irritate ang skin pa lalo, pero honestly yung exact product na gagana sa iyo kailangan talaga validated ng docs mo based sa severity ng psoriasis mo.
