Constipation
Hello po . Ano po kaya foods pwede kainin for constipation . 4days na po kasi akong di makapag poop . Di naman ako dehydrated kasi malakas ako uminom nang tubig . 37weeks preggy here !
Constipation is very normal po in pregnancy, Lalo na in the 3rd trimester po. Palaki po kasi ng palaki si baby kaya mas na cocompress ang mga organs natin. Which means slow moving na din ang pag pass ng food from stomach and through the intestines. Kaya po Kahit well hydrated po tayong mga preggy mommies, malaki pa rin ang chance for constipation. What helps po is eating high fiber foods. Fruits po that start with the letter “P” like papaya , pears and piña. High fibrous fruits po mga yan and truly help po.
