Hi! So technically 18 weeks is a bit less than 4.5 months pa lang, kaya hindi pa exactly 5 months, but honestly most of us just round it up na especially pag sinasabi sa family hehe. At 18 weeks you're solidly in your second trimester na, so congrats on reaching that milestone!
