Honestly, the basics lang talaga, extra underwear na disposable (trust me, kailangan mo talaga), maternity pads (the heavy flow ones, not regular), comfortable pajamas na open in front para sa skin-to-skin at breastfeeding, and slip-on slippers with grip kasi mainit at maglalakad ka pa rin ng marami before delivery. Para sa baby, honeslty minimal lang, a few onesies, mittens, newborn at 0-3 size clothing, diapers, at blankets (though most hospitals have these ready na). One of my mum friends said during her second delivery, mas importante yung comfort items like your phone charger, snacks na allowed sa hospital, and maybe a small pillow from home para sa recovery, the environment kasi iba sa bahay at mas makakatulong sa emotional side. Also, don't forget your prenatal records at health card, and meron bang labor gown na preferred mo or coconut oil for massage during labor?
