Irregular Mens

Hi po! 2 years old na anak ko.. Last year regular menses naman po ako but this year nagkaroon po ako ng irregular menses, like magkkaroon ako ng 2 beses sa isang buwan, may spotting or delayed ng isang buwan. May PCOS po ako before mabuntis. Could it be possible na bumalik PCOS ko? not pregnant po
