Breach and cordcoil

Pls help did anyone experience at 39 weeks last utrasound result was cord coil i ask the ob if possible to do normal delivery but she told me i will ask my personal ob ... now im confused and worried im 38 yr old and FTM😔 can anyone enlighten me... TIA
