Hi! Pls adv how old does lo start to eat yogurt melts or puffs? THX!

6 months and above, can slowly intro and monitor. Yogurt melt is easier as it's melt, puff took a bit of time, shouldn't be much of the problem.

My baby girl started eating those at 5 and a half months but preferably 6+months

i follow the age stated on the packaging
