My LO is 6 months old and I have sudden supply drop, any idea how do I increase my supply again?

Did your menses came? Or coming? ( mine came on 5th month pp) Did u eat cabbage? ( will decrease supply ) some mummies tried lactation cookies/ oats or supplements Will helps. Some mummies drink milk/Milo/ drink a lot of fish papaya soups or soups boost milk supply etc ( depends on individual) I tried all kinds of foods didn’t boost so I took lactation supplements , it helped me.
