Focal myometrial contractions ay basically yung isolated contractions ng uterus mo, hindi pa yung regular labor contractions, iba lang siya doon kasi localized lang sa isang area, hindi buong uterus. A few of my preggy friends experienced this and it's super common, lalo na when you're stressed or dehydrated, so don't worry agad! But since this is your first baby and you want to be sure kung normal lang or may concern, best to ask your OB about it para ma-explain niya properly at ma-check kung all is well with baby, they can tell you kung kailangan mo ng rest or kung it's just Braxton Hicks type thing.
