Gestational Diabetes test result is out. Not sure whether is it normal of not? Please help! Paranoid
i failed both haha. but its a blessing in disguise for me. now i feel healthier, more energy and my weight has stabilised from the healthier food choices. i used to get energy crashes after meals (culprit was the carbs!) and i couldnt walk more than 4k steps previously but now i can walk 8k plus steps and survive 🤣.

You failed the 60mins test .. my gynae said even 1 fail is consider fail .. in GD it’s either a yes or a no.. I failed my 2nd as well… I just attended the counselling session to see the dietician..
Mine did though.. but another mummy commented below and didn’t attend the lesson.. so I am not too sure too .. 😑
I also fail the 60 mins test. U can choose to attend the class or not. Myself didn’t go for the class, just buy a glucometer test 2 days per week, control diet + do more exercise.
Oh is it? Maybe mine is with KKH? They make me attend the lesson though… I did my test , my reading keep falling below 4.6 even 2 hours after meal… I wonder does it mean I do not have GD? 😅 what is your reading after 2 hours after meal
