Aw don't worry too much, frequent yellow mushy poop after the 4-in-1 and Pneumococcal jabs is actually a known side effect, and someone in my mum group mentioned their baby had the same thing around day 3 post-jab, it settled on its own within a day or two. The yellow seedless texture you described sounds like it's still within normal range, so that part is reassuring, but I won't sugarcoat it, the frequency can be really draining and stressful to manage, especially with diaper rash risk piling on. Just watch out for other signs like fever, vomiting, or if your baby seems unusually lethargic, because those can also tag along with these jabs. Honestly though, since it's been 3 days and the frequency is still worrying you, I'd just bring it up with your PD directly, better to get a proper check than to second-guess yourself on this one.
