From what I've heard around, reactions after the 4-in-1 and Pneumococcal combo can actually go either way, some babies poop much less than usual for a few days, while others like your little one seem to go the opposite direction with more frequent stools. Someone in my mum group mentioned their baby had similar increased frequency for about 3 to 5 days post-vaccination before settling back to normal, so it may just be the body adjusting. That said, since it has already been 3 days and the frequency is still worrying you, it is really worth a quick call or visit to your PD just to rule out anything else going on, better to get a proper check than to second-guess yourself!
