Should i be worried if a sudden tiny drop of blood appeared on my 26th week of pregnancy? Just today

If its just a one time thing, can just monitor first see if it comes again. As long as baby is still moving well. I had a spotting 1 time in 2nd trim and panicked and went to a&e kkh, but all results were fine and baby still active.
