Hello! You're not alone! ❤ Like what others have mentioned, eat super small meals and frequent. Eat whatever you can stomach (except for absolute no-no harmful food) in small portions. Stay hydrated and rest lots OK? You'll probably feel weak from eating so little. Take care!! ❤
actually the best way to counter the nausea is to eat something! try dry biscuits and lemon water. i also had really uncomfortable nausea but managed to not really puke, is impt to keep food down.
What abt drinking smoothie? Like boost juice, avocado juice.. Worse scenario u’ll be hospitalised due to dehydration..
Same here. Try to eat small meals, probably every 2-3 hrs. Don’t try to leave your stomach empty.
hi mummy. you can try have smaller portion of food. or drink milk, soya bean or milo
try small crackers if u can keep them down.
