Based sa SSS rules, you need at least 3 months of contributions in the 12 months before your maternity benefit claim, kaya kung Jan 28 ka nag-resign, baka tight na ang timeline mo, better contact SSS directly or visit their website para ma-clarify exactly kung ano na-count based sa Dec 20 mo pa lang as last period, kasi maternity benefits are based on when you actually gave birth, not when you resigned.
