Sis, I haven't personally used mineral oil sa babies kasi medyo worried din ako with that, pero a few of my mommy friends did use it on their LOs when they were super constipated, their pedia recommended it actually. Better talaga na i-check with your baby's doctor muna para ma-guide ka ng tama with the dosage at lahat, especially since first baby mo pa, kasi bawat baby ang reaction! I know constipation stress talaga lalo na sa newborns, pero pedia mo ang best person to advise on this one.
