sis Cuba jalan 20 to 30 minutes after lunch and dinner, especially after lunch. last 2 weeks ago weight I dah tambah 2kg dlm 2 minggu, terus kena monitor BP, after 2 weeks semalam check I put on weight baru 0.4 kg, nurse kata so far all okey takyah monitor BP dah lps ni. kurangkan carbo, lebihkan protein and fiber, yg penting jgn skip makanan sbb nanti lapar sgt sampai kita boleh termakan quantity yg banyak. just try to move around after every meal. hope this helps you 😊
