No alcohol, avoid raw food. Go for more fibre and protein. These are good for you and baby. Baby needs calcium, so taking milk and cheese is helpful too. Go for hard cheese, dont choose soft cheese. However, dont restrict yourself too much either. If you crave for anything, just eat it. You can moderate by alternating healthy and unhealthy options but don’t have to restrict too much that you force yourself to take healthily at every single meal 🙂

Just eat what u feel like eating. Just no raw and alcohol. Baby wont be absorbing any nutrients yet at first trimester.

Second trimester (14 weeks onwards). When morning sickness kicks in, you will only think of food that you can consume more than what nutrients you should consumed.
