How much milk 11 mo should drink? Not drinking much water

I feel “should” is not a correct word to use. Some babies are small drinker and eat more , while some like to drink, but don’t like food. In fact, I would encourage more solid at 11mo compared to increasing milk intake , as after 1yo, food is the main source of nutrients & milk is just to supplement.
