Allergic to panadol what painkillers to take

Hello, Please advice what painkillers I can take for my migraines/headaches as I am allergic to panadol. I have searched up that mefenamic acid is not good to have during pregnancy and I don't know what other alternatives there are. Thanks #advicepls

I'm allergic to all painkillers except codeine and since pregnant I don't dare to take any painkillers. U can try putting an ice pack at the back of your neck and lean back, the cold will help with the headache.
