Delivery in gov hospital

Hi, am planning to deliver in government hospital. 3 months left before due date. May I know whether I have to do at least one appointment with the doctor in gov hospital or I can just walk in when I feel the baby is coming out? Have been visiting KKIA for regular check-ups. Please advise.
