I recommend using slow cooker. Get those small ones will do. Can prepare the ingredients the night before then next morning before work throw all into the slow cooker. By the time u reach home food is ready to serve. For me i did the same but i start the slow cooker before i go to bed then next morning i can use it already. But be sure to put enough water else will burnt the cooker.

Slow cooker. Its perfect. Night before you can cut whatever you need and put it into the fridge. In the morning dump everything in the slow cooker and switch on. Leave it till. You return home. By then all is ready, and nutritious. You can even cook more so all of you can eat. Saves that way.
