How Do You Measure Your Flange Size Before Starting Breastfeeding?

Planning to bring my own breast pump to hospital for use after delivery. How to ensure I have the correct flange size to use then? I bought the spectra s1 BTW.. Any advise?

For initial use, you can try the flange that comes together with the set. If you feel uncomfortable, then you can search ard for either bigger or smaller flange
