Hi there! It can be really frustrating when your little one is a picky eater, but it's totally normal for toddlers to go through phases like this. At 2 years old, their appetites can fluctuate a lot, and it's not uncommon for them to have days where they eat very little. Firstly, try not to worry too much if your child is still energetic and seems happy and healthy. If you're concerned about her nutrition, you could try offering her a variety of healthy foods throughout the day and see if she shows any interest. Sometimes kids just need to be exposed to a new food several times before they'll give it a try. It's also important to create a positive mealtime environment and avoid pressuring her to eat more than she wants. Forcing or bribing her to eat can lead to negative associations with food and mealtimes. If you still have concerns about her eating habits and overall health, it's always a good idea to check in with her pediatrician. They can provide guidance on her nutritional needs and offer reassurance if everything seems okay. Remember, every child is different, and this phase will likely pass with time. Hang in there, and trust your instincts as a parent. You're doing great! https://invl.io/cll6she
Is she drinking milk? Probably just no appetite for the day. Perhaps can see what she wants to eat, eg fruits or porridge if she is unwell
