Suggest ko na subukan mo muna mag-inquire sa local health centers or hospitals in Tuguegarao, usually may referrals sila or pwede nila i-recommend kung sino ang available in the area. A few of my mum friends from nearby provinces nag-try din ng online therapy sessions kaya yan pwede ring option if in case walang malapit, at least may access ka while you wait para makakita ng someone locally!
